Project T Int’l. IT and Business Solutions (Project T) is the newest Serviced Office and Co-Working Space to enter the Flexible Workspace Market in the Philippines. Two years in the making and the brainchild of industry experts, the Premium Office Space is located in Bonifacio Global City, the BPO capital of the Philippines.

Project T Solutions officially opened its doors on 16th March 2017, with a ribbon cutting and launch party for over 150 guests, and has welcomed new clients in its first three months. 

The Philippines continues to build a name for itself as the prime location for outsourced and offshored work in the world, with all of the major BPO companies having a presence here. With its hard working, and adaptable work force, and competitive salaries, the Philippines is seeing a growth in small to medium business bringing their business to the Philippines.

Project T Solutions understands the realities around starting up businesses in the Philippines (both local and foreign companies), and their prime focus is to assist companies on this journey. Whether it be providing expertise on Business Registration, advice on recruiting the best talent, and guidance on staff leasing, Project T understands that there is more than just office space on the journey for business to set up in the Philippines.

Each day we monitor the internet for news articles that we can share from our Social Media accounts (Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter). The aim of this is to post content relative to our industry and country, to drive interest from our followers, with the aim of them re sharing the content to drive our followers.

Social media content is one of the main ways we are trying to promote Project T Solutions, and drive new interest and new leads for the company.

Themes that we search the internet for are as follows; Philippines Economy and Government, Staff Leasing, Serviced Office, Co-Working, Freelancing, Entrepreneur, Seat Leasing, Flexible Workspace, Workplace, Startup, Outsourcing, Offshoring, Success, Leadership, Business Process Outsourcing. As the themes above can be quite generic, we also search on these theme relating to the Philippines, to get more suitable content.

To post our contect, we use the online tool Hootsuite, and have our Twitter, Linked In and Facebook accounts linked, so that when we post content, it is posted on all three sites. 

We have put together the following list of online sites where consumers and companies can list or search for products and services. The first three of these sites are primarily focused on the real estate industry in the Philippines, where users can buy or rent properties or advertise properties to buy or rent. The following four are online market places, where users can advertise products and services to buy / sell / rent across a wide range of categories.

To date we have had some interest from our posts on one of the Philippines property sites (two leads) and not much interest from the other sites, however this activity is only two weeks old, so we are still understanding the characteristics of each site, and fine tuning our messaging.

Hoppler and the Hoppler Associates are a network of professional, trustworthy brokers across the Philippines that are connected through our use of technology. Hoppler’s mobile website and mobile app showcases properties that come from this set of qualified brokers, as well as direct owners, within our controlled network.
